Pricing and services are individually negotiated based on a no-cost / no obligation consultation and, in some cases, review of your available documents to accurately estimate the work required. Services may be offered on a one-time or ongoing basis.
My current minimum fee for a full year's service to individual or small business clients is $3,000 (or $250 per month) that typically includes several specifically negotiated and integrated accounting and advisory services. That fee may include third party services like online accounting platforms, payroll and payment processing, tax preparation and filing, investment account fees and other specifically negotiated services.
A flat fee may be offered for a single concierge service or single engagement. This flat fee service is often used as an initial introductory or 'trial relationship' with limited risk for each of us.
In some cases our fees for negotiated services will include the fees charged by a third party and paid by the adviser. This is commonly referred to as 'bundled services'.
Typically half of the charge is payable in advance and the remaining balance upon completion of the work. Fees for ongoing services may be negotiated to be an even amount over a 12 month period.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time and cancel future fee arrangements. Fees already paid are refundable only prior to the start of the adviser's service on the engagement.
Any electronic payment method is accepted.
